Should I be concerned that we will most likely get an interview? We submitted everything we thought would be helpful, even had an attorney looked at our file and she said what we submitted should really be sufficient ☹️

I guess..If you didn’t have adjustment of status interview.. you are likely to be interviewed again regardless of the substantial evidence you submitted..

You are MSC and most likely will have an interview especially if you came on CR-1. I came on K1 and as norm back then pre Covid had to interview for conditional GC. For you, it’ll most likely be a ROC interview

How do you see the receipt date for each service center? Mine is LIN so I am not holding my breath...
