Hi all,

 

Got my NOA1 in the mail. Timeline:

 

May 12th: I-751 packet mailed

May 14th: I-751 received (according to NOA1)

May 15th: I-751 packet delivered (according to USPS - go figure)

May 25th: NOA1 date (YSC/Potomac assigned) 

May 29th: NOA1 received

 

So, all told, 17 days from mailing the I-751 to receiving the NOA1 in the mail. Not too bad! And if current trends continue, I should have a response around February 2023! 😅 But... we're expecting processing times to speed up a bit between now and then, right?

 

 

29-Oct-2017: Filed I-129f

18-Sep-2018: Interview at US Embassy in London. K-1 Visa Approved!

28-Sep-2018: Entered US on K-1 Visa

02-Oct-2018: Married!

05-Oct-2018: Filed I-485, I-765, and I-131 (AoS, EAD, & AP)

01-Nov-2018: Biometrics appointment at USCIS Phoenix Field Office

22-Mar-2019: EAD/AP approved

25-Jun-2019: Interview at USCIS Virginia - Washington Field Office

27-Jul-2019: Green Card (AoS) approved

12-May-2021: Filed I-751 - Potomac Service Center

03-Nov-2022: Filed N-400 - Baltimore Field Office

02-May 2023: Naturalization interview scheduled

06-Jun 2023: Naturalization interview - Baltimore Field Office - Cancelled as I-751 had not been processed

11-Jan 2024: N-400 Status Updated to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS"

01-Feb 2024: I-751 approved

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken. 

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

 

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

There is a thread where all MSC filers keep track of the processing time. There are also google sheets for each Month -  I believe.

 

Can you please tell me where I can find this thread for the MSC Filers?

Dropped off packet to UPS today (tonight)! Knowing that it won't be picked up till tomorrow night, I have a strong urge to go ask for the packet back and check again to make sure everything is correct. Oh well. 

The waiting game starts again.

Update my timeline:

05/19/21 Package sent to Arizona via USPS.

05/20/21 Package delivered

05/28/21 Credit card charged by uscis

06/03/21 see the NOA1 in USPS informed delivery email,but not receive any txt msg or email from uscis, I send the package with G-1145.

Wow, you got the credit card charge in only about one week? That seems pretty quick compared to most others here so far.

UPDATE

 

April 13th 2021   -     ROC start date for filing (90 days before GC expires)

May 24th 2021    -     Sent ROC via UPS 2 day AM with required signature

May 26th 2021    -     Received and signed for by PONCE in AZ 

June 4th 2021     -     Check deposited (my bank also takes a while for it to post on my account so they probably did it June 2nd)

 

I sent in the G-1145 for E-notifications. I have not received any information of that sort yet. The check does not show any pictures. It could possibly be delayed or it could have been electronically withdrawn from my account using the check information. (it doesn't look like it was; they used the check number105). 

 

I am excited to get my NOA in the mail in the next few days to week! I don't care where it lands and I don't care how long it will take! I can only hope to not get an RFE and have the interview waived when that time comes.

We got the electronic notification the day after the check was cashed, so you might get yours tomorrow or Monday.
