Hello all,

I am an April RoC filer but I saw that there was no spreadsheet created for May filers. So, I took the liberty of making one for our May friends. I created the April filers spreadsheet so I basically added a new sheet at the end of the same document as I was too lazy to create a whole new doc lol. Feel free to enter your info so you can track it yourself and others can take comfort in knowing how the cases of other May filers are progressing.

Here's the link; and it's the last sheet named 'May 2021 RoC'. Good luck to you all.

Now I am freaking out! I shouldn't have put that on the UPS lady told me not to but because everyone was posting that so and so had a signature I thought I should request one. it also says Adult signature, not sure if they'll accept it. I am freaking out!!! UPS says it should delivery by 7pm Wednesday. When (time) was everyone's signature or delivery made if you used UPS?

For those of you wondering, my package was delivered as expected today 05/26 at 9:30am (AZ time) and it was signed by PONCE.

So if you do certified required signature, it will go through not a problem. It also states its delivered to the mailroom (I am guessing of the building)

Now its time to wait for the check to clear, text and then the NOA letter!  Hopefully nothing gets rejected! I am just glad it went through no problems with the required signature!

So after reviewing everything, I do think it will be rejected. I did not add my name and A-Number to all my evidence pages. Is this wrong? I can't believe after all this i am this blind.

Did anyone else submit pages without alien number and name on all the evidence papers?

Presumably you added your A- Number to the main form itself in the required box? If you did then you should have nothing to worry about. It won't be rejected if you didn't add the A-number to all the evidence pages. I didn't, and mine was not rejected.

Perfect thank you! Yes the form was reviewed like 10 times that was done and the cover letter has it as well. I just didnt' want to put it on everything because I wanted things to look authentic and untempered with! Glad yours was done the same and it didn't get rejected!

I also didn't put the check at the top! I am that person that things people can see things and may take the check so I put it first thing behind the cover letter. I also photocopied the check in case it gets lost ... so they have my bank information. (hopefully they dig a tiny bit hahah)

So we are now in the waiting game.

Does anyone know how long it takes for biometrics? And is it possible to reschedule it if the schedules appointment doesn’t work for you? I have surgery coming up in late August, hopefully it won’t get scheduled on the same day.

I checked my status online today and it says "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken". I think they are re-using my biometrics from when I filed for AOC!

@daniBR there is no way to know for sure how long it takes. There is a really good chance that USCIS will reuse the biometrics they collected from you for AOS.

I know that for AOS and pre-pandemic, you could do an early walk-in into the ASC, as long as you had an your appointment letter with you, even if it was several days early.

Got the text message today! Does anyone know which service center MSC is? or is anyone also MSC? I tried to look it up and it just says National Benefits Center.

@Keiko2325, I do not have MSC. I have Potomac. MSC is the National Benefits Center, as you said. Interestingly enough, USCIS does not list the I-751 processing times for MSC. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

There is a thread where all MSC filers keep track of the processing time. There are also google sheets for each Month -  I believe.

Yeah I was a bit confused to see that MSC was not listed. Thanks so much for your response though! :)
