what's going on here 😱😱? how is this possible? We are May filler and this is so .. I dont know... does anyone know what is going on?

The processing rate is around 100 cases (approved, denied and RFEs) per day, and there is more than 5000 Cases still untouched from March and April. So if the processing rate stays on 100 per day, they will start processing May in around 2.5 Months. Sadly majority of May filers are looking at 11-12 months wait time.

Which is unfortunately inline with the data that we've been seeing tracking the remaining cases from January - March. Seems like COVID resulted in them operating at half-capacity and they aren't taking the case files home to work on, so it's just slow-rolling until they lift their restrictions. Hopefully they lift them relatively soon and then the backlog balances back out again, but who knows at this point.

Advice anyone on how to get this link in front of more people here on visa journey.  There are a lot of frustrated applicants like myself, let’s make some noise.  It is my understanding once we exceed 100 signatures on the petition change.org will help to promote us

what do you think whether May be done this month or not? 🌺

I don't believe May will be started this month. If I had to guess, it will be started in April, maybe towards the end of March.
