The day is not over yet, and unusually slow connection today, it took 5 hours and 30 min for the scans to complete (normally should take less than 4 hours).

So these numbers are probably a little inaccurate at the moment, but so far I see:

20 april updates (5 approvals, 15 RFE)

2 may updates (RFE and expedite denied)

23 june updates (16 approvals, 7 RFE)

45 total updates.

I agree and just to add…..when I submitted my case it was Jan 2021 and they were approving filers from May/June 2020. All of a sudden when they got to august 2020 filers they also did a huge batch of November 2020 filers. Now this had all the filers in between complaining and rightfully so. And to make matters worst when they started November filers they skipped 2 whole dates of filing. Think it was November 4 and 5. Then at the same time when they got to December 2020 filers they started approving April 2021 filers. Think those were mid-April filers from 2 dates.

Now I say all of that to say, there is no rhyme or rhythm with USCIS. They should be going in order but sometimes someone picks up a batch and starts approving. It’s just an awful system.

So they're either fudging their numbers or picking them up completely at random is what that sounds like to me...great.

The group they're approving is June 21st - 25th. They know exactly what they're doing :(

Hi everyone.

It was okay week, not the slowest but not the best either. USCIS is actually making progress, but they continue to process June cases. I am happy for June filers, but this means that May filers will probably have long wait Infront us. If they continue to do like this, we are probably looking for first aprovals somewhere in Mid/Late July because this entire week, they touched 8 new May 2021 cases, allthewile they processed over 120 June 2021 (double than March 2021). Also there is huge number for RFEs, we are only in mid of May, and we have almost same number of REFs  we had in entire  April.

There is basically nothing to say but F*** USCIS :D

Hello where does someone look up daily approval charts that attains to the K1VISA process ,ie May 2021 fillers?

There is nowhere to look it up, but we can make these charts ourselves.

On the website where you can check your case status, https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do, you can type in other case numbers.

Type in the numbers one by one and you can check whatever range you want - but that's a lot of work! I made myself a script to do it for me, but there is also a uscis case tracker app that many people here use.

Take the raw data, put it in excel, and voila - we have the charts!

Thank you for the update!! I really hope they hit May before July (I'm still staying optimistic for you!) 😊

The number of RFEs is really concerning. It's almost half RFEs and half approvals for this month so far! I wonder if USCIS has become more strict, or if people are really making more mistakes. It just a pretty significant increase compared to the May 2021 numbers. That will slow down processing :(

By cumulative sum it means all RFEs from that month done this week?

I think the cumulative sum is the sum of the months in the processed column. So the cumulative sum for 2021.03 is the 2021.01+2021.02+2022.03 processed values (2+1+58=61). I think @DSBeijing reports only the changes from a NOA1 (to either RFE or NOA2) without including the changes from RFE to NOA2 (but correct me if I'm wrong @DSBeijing!)

Yes on Chart 3 I only show how many new NOA1 cases were touched in each month, because there you can see actual progress on new NOA1s (in number is high, that means that they are acutaly touching new cases not only working on old RFEs). On Chart 1 you can see total processing (all changes that happen during ween/month)
