Why are they skipping May? 😩😩😩

They are busy with expedited cases.

I even realize cases got approved for 22 March 2022.

It makes worse to adjudicate on cases.

We don't have to wait for nothing for months. If they want they can finish pending cases just for 3 months.

It  sucks 😞

Going to add my two cents on what I think is happening with June 2021 cases being done.

I think they got a new team ( Per say ) working on K1 visas. It's possible they have given instructions to their other agents that work for other visas to start working on K1 visas whenever they have some free time.

Since May 2021 was next in line, they probably have those boxes close to the original K1-Visa agents.

I'm guessing they took the June 2021 boxes and put it next to the agents that will look into those K1-visas when they have some free time.

My guess is that by August 2022, they will complete both May and June filers simultaneously, then proceed with July and August filers at the same time.

Just my guess.

If they wanted to artificially improve processing time, they would've processed K1 visas from November / December 2021 or something like that.

I don't think they are trying to artificially improve the processing time.

What do you guys think?

Starting at WAC2190069000 and going to WAC2190130000:

I have found 97 updates so far (May 9th 2022)!

76 of them was approvals, which is also very good.

The updates seems to be split evenly between April (42) and June (34)

The complete scan took 5h 2min and 10 seconds to complete, so it is very possible that there is some more updates in earlier cases that I missed.

They can't go all the way to Nov and Dec. They have to process June to meet the 10 month mark they set on the website.

I guess I'm a bit cynical and tin foil hat because late June matches their "10.5" processing time on their website 😅. It's not like they are processing June chronologically. It's the late June group. For example, the 102500 group has a whooping 41 approvals and 23 RFEs processed alone.

It's also possible like you said a new team just happened to grab a box that belong to the 102000-102500 groups by coincidence.

Well when I thought that USCIS cant fall any lower, they manage to outperform and do something like this.
Here is overview of Cases reviewed today (overview shows only new NOA1 cases touched).

They have processed 52 cases from June 2021, that is same as March and April 2021 combined.

As real gut punch they processed 0 May 2021 cases :D

How to F keep trust in US Legal immigration when you see something like this. At this point I can only laugh.

I hope that they will get back to process March and April cases, so that they finally can transition to May.

I think that’s very possible. I am also thinking they’re trying to finish May and June together. It is odd that they started at the end of June though. Hopefully we will all be done by August!

I’ve been thinking about it a bit more. I don’t think this is an attempt to falsely bring down the average. Although these June approvals will have a lower processing time, there are still many cases that are taking 12-13+ months that will be averaged in with them. Until now, those 12-13+ month times are more common than the 10.5 months. So ultimately this will bring down the average a bit, but I don’t think it will be enough. They should also consider using some other measure on their website like a weighted average with more weights on recent months for more accurate estimates. I’m actually thinking about writing to them and suggesting that.

If this was the case, they would have processing early June cases, not mid of the month as they are doing now. But with this agency, there is no way to know.

Worst government organization I have ever encountered. 0 Transparency, 0 Accountability and 0 Possibility to ask questions.

Man I hate USCIS

I agree and just to add…..when I submitted my case it was Jan 2021 and they were approving filers from May/June 2020. All of a sudden when they got to august 2020 filers they also did a huge batch of November 2020 filers. Now this had all the filers in between complaining and rightfully so. And to make matters worst when they started November filers they skipped 2 whole dates of filing. Think it was November 4 and 5. Then at the same time when they got to December 2020 filers they started approving April 2021 filers. Think those were mid-April filers from 2 dates.

Now I say all of that to say, there is no rhyme or rhythm with USCIS. They should be going in order but sometimes someone picks up a batch and starts approving. It’s just an awful system.

Would you remember if these July ones are early July?
