We got approved (-852XX) too ❤️ Expedite request was approved 2nd April and we got our approval on 21st April :)

Congratulation ❤️ What was the reason for expedite 😕

Russia 😕 I think it is just so unbelievable that ANYONE needs to even request expedite at this point?! They should have processed all our cases already twice.. it is utterly shocking.. We contacted the congressman too, and they made congressional inquiry about the processing times EVEN we are still "in the processing times". I would like to think it helped too?

I would actually see the 40 withdrawals as a positive... maybe 40 couples decided to get married and file an I-130 OR the USC decided to move to the beneficiary's country and marry as that process was easier?

Is it easier? Are those better options??

Spousal visa has several benefits and I've seen some members get their visa in under a year! (I-130 processing times range from 2 months to 15months+). Not easier but you need to complete more steps outside the US. Average time for spousal visa is 1.5 to 2 years... but some countries like Nigeria have backlogs so K1 and spousal are taking more than 2 years...

Ease of moving to your spouse's country depends on that country...

Approaching 1 year next Tuesday of waiting for noa2. Is it wishful thinking that may filers could get noa2 in June or do you guys think they’ll push the timelines out again?

My NOA1 is 2/3 through May and I'm thinking I won't realistically here until mid June. I'll be pleasantly surprised if it's earlier. I'm in the 89XXX.

Hi Etherial! Did you happen to do any scans today? It looks like March and April had pretty good movement, so I'm curious if May is seeing good progress today as well. I hope they can keep it up the rest of the week!

Can you write down your noa 1 date ?

If you click “Timeline” next to their name, you will see the NOA1 date.
