Hi.  What did she talked about the K1 visa?

I just partly saw it because I was working.  But part of what I saw was about them hiring more people and congratulating themselves on the accommplishments they have done... (well, not for the K1 visa).  Haha I'm such a pessimist now.

She changed her facial expression to once of sympathy and concern when talking about the people who have been waiting so long to a plastered on smile when talking about how they are making progress. My impression was she lacked sincerity and personal accountability. Not much more than what you would expect from an unelected politician trying to convince you that what you are seeing is not what you are seeing.

You're right, That's EXACTLY what I saw!!

wake up May 👋

Does anyone know who created/contributes to this?...

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lAwW6yWDnqV4C7D9ZC0hYurgg1DCPeMMacoXHD6LTHM/htmlview?fbclid=IwAR1LfCCgwDWERU8pofaZQPFXa9-zWuzBczgGt3zp1l_0OTsNoRleGy5l_iU

I refresh this many time a day and like to see that green band move down. Even small movements make me happy :)

But, it stopped updating last few days :( . I am lost and don't know what to do!

I volunteer to pick it up (hopefully with another 1 or 2 volunteers), divide the ranges and update daily. I just need update access to this sheet.

Would this awesome person please stand up?

Honestly at this point, there is no reason for updates, since they are processing March, and there are 5000 Cases before May. with current processing rate of 100 Cases per day, they will reach us at some time at March.

ok @DSBeijing understood. I think it was you that predicted accurately before USCIS updated processing time on their site. Im happy with this prediction "they will reach us at some time at March" :)

Maybe we will be lucky, since today by noon they processed 91 cases in total, this has not happed in months. For entire February average process rate is around 100 per day, also highest since September 2021.

Below you can see the development of processing per month since start Q1 2021 and on the second are the Cases with NOA1 (cases that have not been touched by USCIS per each  month) - we are in May.

thank you @DSBeijing as always!

With 1,846 untouched for March they are more that half way. And April looks like another monster month :( I had my application ready in April. I just kept it to review review review for few weeks, I should have submitted April.

Q: how do you say average 100 a day if we had one of the best days with 91?

thanks

Those 91 Cases were processed by 12PM California time, basically only in the morning, so they have still whole afternoon to process. This has not happed since August/September last year.

Sharing a site someone shared with me for NVC to embassy interview processing times. If your embassy is processing normally then it shouldn't be a problem but for those who have a wait like myself the site was very interesting. Created by a very smart filer... https://visawhen.com/

The moment you think USCIS can't sink any lower, they post something like this. How the f*** can you be so out of touch?!?

Don't get me wrong, I am happy for the couple, but man historic backlog in K1 and CR1 visas, familes split it for months soon years. And you do something like this.

I don't know they just try to convince themselves that they're doing enough, I mean there's no explanation for what's going on. We hope that speeding up is the new trend.

137 updates today for March; more especially Mid-March…. That means they’ll be done with March soon and can start on April…

Then they’ll be touching us MAY filers before we know it 💃🏾

Today was the most productive day in almost a year. USCIS has processed 206 cases across all ranges. Lets hope they keep this processing rate

On the second screen shot is overview of processed (blue are closed cases, red are RFEs and other processed statuses) cases per month, this months is turning out to be very good.
