Hello.  I came to the United States on a K1 visa, got married.  I have filed Form 131, but I have a valid tourist visa.  Does this mean that while waiting for a green card, I can travel on a tourist visa?  If not, how does it work at the border?  In which document should they put a mark in order to comply with the border crossing requirements to receive a green card? Thank you

You will need AP in order to leave the US and be able to return to continue your adjustment of status.

If you leave the US without AP, you will automatically abandon your AOS.  You will not be able to enter the US on your tourist visa.  You will have to apply for a spousal visa.

Pretend you no longer have a tourist visa.

You have a similar thread you've just started on whether you can work with just an SSN, before receiving the EAD.

Did you not understand the deal of not being able to work/travel for 8-months when you chose to do a K-1?

If you leave without the AP card, your AOS will be considered abandoned. They will NOT let you back in with a tourist visa. I'm pretty sure they will actually cancel your tourist visa if you attempt to re-enter the USA with it since you have a pending AOS case. You are no longer a "tourist" and cannot enter on that status. Tourist status is temporary, meaning you promise to leave when your time is up. You've asked for the complete opposite of that since you have filed AOS, which is asking the US government to let you stay here permanently.
