For places without known street numbers, you can enter something like: "near corner of X street and Y avenue" or "across from Hotel XYZ", etc.

For police certificates, wait for the embassy to provide specific guidance. We followed the general guidance to get certs for everywhere the fiancee had lived for more than 6 months and it ended up being all but unnecessary. The embassy only wanted the cert for where she was currently living. That was several thousand dollars in travel costs we won't get back.

Yes, they're needed for the embassy interview, that you will schedule once the I-129f is approved.

Right now, you need to focus on filling the I-129f and compiling the evidence.

I am working on the I-129F, I just like to be a head of the curve and find out as much and work on things ahead of time.  A curse I have.

You're at least a year or more out from needing to worry about that. Won't be needed until she has an interview booked.

I hope not a year, that would truly be depressing.

If any family members still live at the farm, she could ask if they have a document with some formal designation like a lot number.

If not they may have used an informal address, like 2 miles south of town square.   It’s not unusual and I would just use the best information you can.

Thank you, I will do what I can.

While recently reading I-130, it stated that if physical the address is unknown, leave it blank. Maybe the same applies to your case with I-129F @Tronwolverine

However, if she was using/ has P.O Boxes, then you can input that in because that is a valid address.

Thank you, I will do that.

Ok, then I will be more patient on this part.

K-1 interviews, for the most part, have not been conducted for the past year, so there is currently > one year's worth of approved petitions sitting at the NVC, waiting to be sent to consulates for interviews.

Your process will take awhile.

Ok, does anyone know of a place that does translation of documents at decent prices?  I need to have some translated from Spanish.  I don't know where to turn for this part.  I have her passport and birth certificate to do.

Anyone fluent in both languages can translate and certify the translation. Even you or your fiancee if any if you are fluent.

Just pay the $25 or so (the cheapest rate). Surprisingly, they will return it within 2 days

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Thank you, I have friends, and know people who can probably do it.  But last thing I need is a particle joker friend to mess it up and cause me issues.  Would rather make sure it is done right.

There's basically March 2020-now's worth of petitions backed up, but I've got to pretty strongly suspect it's nowhere near a normal year's worth.

If you can't reasonably travel to meet your partner, you can't file a K-1, and since it became clear most embassies/consulates weren't processing K-1s those who could find ways to meet probably married and filed a CR-1 at a higher rate than normal. This might have been offset a bit by people who had met previously and had intended to meet again before filing deciding to go ahead and file and let USCIS process things while they're waiting, but honestly I'd bet that's a lot less common than the factors that likely pushed applications down.

Vanan requires close supervision.

My wife doesn’t have a birth certificate and we relied on an affidavit from a relative as my mother in law is deceased. Vanan produced a translation that said my wife’s cousin was in the presence of my wife’s mother while my wife impregnated my mother in law.

After getting that corrected, the translation introduced a new error. After correcting that an older error would come back.  And so on until I escalated to a supervisor.

I have most of the information done, as best as I can.  I have the documents translated.  I just feel over whelmed when it comes to this.  I wish there was a company that would review what I submitted.  Rapid visa and all those other companies won't work for what I need.  They want all the "fields" filled out, but the main issue is that there are many fields (such as address) that there will be blanks and their program won't accept that.

I feel like I have hit a rode block.  In the meant time there have been riots down by where she is.  I just don't feel safe having her there.

Any sugestions?

Might be worth checking out the other companies listed at -- https://www.visajourney.com/partners/

Beyond that, try consulting with a few immigration lawyers until you find a reliable one.
