Photo Album was Returned

Hello, All.

I hope your journey is going great.

 

I submitted and got all the texts with the case tracking number, and even the cash was processed.

 

However, This morning, I just got a package back from USCIS and they returned only my couple photo album I sent for I-130 Proof.

 

Applications were not returned at all, and They only included one paper saying “We are returning an item you sent in support of your application/petition, as it is a format we cannot place in your file folder for review”

 

I am concerned that my applications for I-130 and every other docs such as AOS will be rejected due to this.

 

Please give me any advice if I can do anything to help for the review.

USCIS does not accept photo albums.

Won't be rejected but it may or may not prompt an RFE.

If the whole package was rejected, then USCIS would have returned them also.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
