upload files to USCIS website

My mother applied for B2 visa extension last year but we decided to cancel the application and file for green card instead. We sent a letter to immigration cancelling the visa extension process but apparently they did not receive the request because they still sent a new biometrics appointment to her. I sent a couple of messages to USCIS but their message is always pretty standard just saying we can upload to their website. I was not able to find anywhere there where I could upload such document. Does anyone where I can upload a document requesting to cancel the process online? Thanks!

where did you send the message ? you need to send a signed letter to the lockbox  address where you filed your extension along with your receipt to withdraw the application

I mailed it out in November and haven't heard anything since so I thought they already processed it. Now we got an update on the case saying they have scheduled a biometrics appointment and sent a notice but we also did not receive the notice. I tried going online and request online and I get an error saying the receipt number is incorrect. I sent them messages through the website and I got the message below twice. I tried calling them but could not figure a way to not talk to a machine. Any ideas on how I can upload the request to USCIS website?

 

If you wish to withdraw your I-539 application, you must upload your request to your myUSCIS account. Make sure to include the reason for your withdrawal and an original signature with your request.

go here https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ and add your receipt number and upload document with signature.

I already have the receipt number added there but the only place I see is to upload as unsolicited evidence. Would that be the correct place? Doesn't make any sense but that is the only place I can see a document could be uploaded.
