I sent my I-129F on June 4, 2007 to TSC. CSC acknowledges that it received it on June 12 th and says that a notice of action had been mailed out to me. They cashed the check on June 14, 2007. I have not received anyting by mail, yet. It has been last touched on June 19. I got all these info by using the receipt no from the back of the cashed check. Do you think that it s normal to have such a delay ? What shall i do at this point ? I will really appreciate all the help.

As you can see from my signature we sent our petition in April and it was received in May and we have never received a copy of the NOA1. So long as you have your receipt number so you can track your case I don't think it matters. The NOA2 is the one that you must have a copy of in order to adjust status after your visa is issued and you get married.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment
