The CO told me to post the pasport along with the document when i get it, the pasport is with the embassy right now.

Hi I-130 has not approved yet and it cross processing time , now USCIS replied and said inquiry is going on abd it may take 60 more days , is this normal ?

May not be at Nebraska, if you didn't check with Emma live agent or call the customer care number on week days during work hours. According my knowledge by looking at your location on your profile case may be at texas because most of us on visa journey it says Nebraska both online and NOA1 but upon talking with the agent found out that our cases are at somewhere else.

my interview was on 18th March and posted the documents the same day, the embassy received the documents on 19th March, case changed from refused to AP on 30th April, i guess it took them around 44 days to change the status from refused to AP.

I have already got the visa i am in the states, of your status changed to AP thn you'll get the visa in 3 days max, congratulations.
