Form I-751

Hey guys. I was trying to download form I-751 from USCIS websites the date on the form shows 2019 what should I do

Yes that’s the current one to use.

That form is the most recent one. If they are uploading a new one, they always say on the web page, "We will be uploading a new version of Form XXX on date XX/XX/XX. The old version will be accepted until date XX/XX/XX."

As stated, this is the most up-to-date form. If they are uploading a new one, they will always say so on the form's web page and they always accept the old form for a short bit of time after announcing a new version is coming. If there is no such notice, then whatever form is on the web page is the most up-to-date form.

Use it.  It is valid if listed on the USCIS site.

I checked their website the morning I mailed my package just to be safe. You could do the same.

On the i-751 page at uscis.gov, there's a tab saying "edition date" or something like that, it tells you exactly which edition to use. It also tells you not to go by the date in the upper corner, but the bottom left corner.
