We received this email today. Does this "approval notice" mean that the card itself has been sent?

Or?

We received the I-130 and I485 I797 notices on Friday (wavy paper).

It usually means the card has been mailed. Did you recieve email notice of Welcome Letter and "Card Production Ordered"?
