Evidence after NOA2

Hi everyone,

So I am being pro-active (and trying to subside my anxiety) by gathering all the document's that I will eventually need once the case is transferred to my embassy. One of the requirement's i read is evidence which includes photos and text messages (proof of ongoing relationship). I have a few questions:

-Is this evidence in addition to what we sent in the I129F packet?

-Photo's are a bit hard as we cannot travel and meet each other as freely. Does the embassy/USCIS understand this? I haven't seen my fiance physically since Jan 2021.

-What other evidence can I provide to have no lose ends?

Thanks for the all the support and information!

Cheers

We filed in Feb 2021 and with the current circumstances we won't be able to meet until the interview. Is there alternate evidence I can submit or are the embassies acknowledging the current situation (COVID)?

Oman borders are open

YMMV

Fiance brings all documents embassy requires (proof that petitioner can support you, passport, birth certificate, police records, proof that you are legally free to marry, copy of NOA2, medical exam papers, new letter of intents and other documents if needed they will send you guide), copy of i-129F package so all documents/pictures that were included in original package and new proof of ongoing relationship. Can be more chat logs, screenshots of you two video chatting, emails, call logs duration, stamp on the letters or package gifts, boarding passes and more pictures together if you are able to meet, if not should be ok, depends on country and how strict embassy is. Travel advisory for US citizen is not to travel and most embassies are not doing B1/B2 interviews..

I see that you got your NOA1 in march, given how process is slow and if something doesn't change, you are probably looking to get interview in minimum one year, most likely longer :(.
