Hi everyone.

my situation is probably more complicated than usual.
I got married in August 2019 and got my 2 years green card in November 2020. Unfortunately my husband was mean to me. Didn’t let me get a job, drive a car and get new friends over here. I’ve been founding drugs at home and he was drinking alcohol often. Last time (3 days ago) he was drunk again and started kicking me out from the house. He steel my phone but I found a way to call police. When officer arrived he told him to sleep not at home. Also police officer helped me to reach out my friends who came there and take me to their house. From the next morning my husband sending me threatening messages, he asking me for 20 000$ and his ring back. He told me that he changes the locks and I’ll not be able to take my clothes. He told me that he is starting process against me and will do everything for IRS to revoke my GC.
Sorry for the details and for my English.
just wanna know what I really should expect and what are my chances for 10y green card.
thanks

Divorce and move on.

People get 10 year GC with even with divorce. Don't stay and be mistreated. Your health is important

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

He can't do any of that.  He cannot change the locks for a home that you share.  IRS has nothing to do with GCs.  Your ring belongs to you.  He cannot start any type of "process" to have you removed, unless there is documented evidence of it not being a good faith marriage.  Sour grapes or regrets do not qualify.

First and foremost, make sure you are safe with friends or family.  You need a lawyer.  Depending on where you live, there also may be agencies available to help women and/or immigrants specifically.

When it comes time to remove conditions (you will be eligible to file for ROC in August of 2022), you will be eligible for a divorce waiver, so you don't need him to be part of that process.

Thank you so much for your response.
sorry, I don’t know why I typed IRS instead of USCIS🤦🏻‍♀️
today he told me that he will use my photos in bikini as a “anonymous email” that he got with info that I was involved in prostitution. I’m shocked! I blocked his number but I’ll probably will not sleep.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
