Hi All,

I submitted my application for my EAD, travel rights and AOS in the end of July 2020. Not heard anything back yet from the USCIS, my application was submitted and is being processed at the National Benefits Centre. I was just wondering if anyone else is in my situation at the moment, or have any information that you have received elsewhere that could be beneficial for me to know! Hoping this comes round soon because 9 months on a single salary isn't fun! I submitted my EAD application via a K1 visa if that makes any difference!

Thanks in advance!

Aaron

Hey Aaron, if it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same situation. I filed my I765 along with my AOS July 27, 2020. It's being processed at the NBC and I haven't heard back either. Tried to submit an expedite request but it's technically still within normal processing time. The currently processing time on the website is 7.5 - 11 months so I'd have to wait another month to file a request.
