Some Advice.. AOS / EAD.. SSN ???

I'm confused on what to do next.. My husband should be here within in the next 2 weeks...

I dont get what to do next...

I know AOS fee is going up $600 dollars at the end of the month... I dont know if I should jump on that before it goes up..

I know my husband will need to come here and start working ASAP.. so EAD..

Which should I DO first... I heard the AOS can take a while..

and when with all of this can he get a SSN? I noticed alot of threads talking about SSN .. but they seemed to be all K1

completely lost

and I'm from Boston.. anyone know how quick that office moves?

For K-3 by the time he is here and you probably wont have time to file for AOS before the rate hike. So file for AOS the fee will be $1010. File for AOS, and EAD together, the fee for both is $1010 starting July 30 (AOS fee includes EAD)

K-3s can get SSN only with EAD or Green-card (AOS)
