I just got approved recently and case was sent to the department of state ( NVC ) on 22 april 2021 for my IR1 visa category. Do you guys know how long will it take for me to get an interview date, are they doing interview right now for those who applied in june 2020 ?

Generally interviews are done in the order the date of becoming documentarily qualified (formerly known as case complete). That is the point at which all forms, fees and documents have been received and accepted by the NVC. Only after that point are you in the interview queue.

The time you will be waiting depends on your Consulate. Would you mind providing the country which you're applying from?

Here's the latest from the Islamabad Embassy: https://pk.usembassy.gov/visas/

They've announced that they are doing limited immigrant visa interviews, this should translate to them doing IR-1/CR-1 interviews as I understand that the DoS treats them at the highest priority. Unfortunately the US does not provide a 'queue' of where applicants may be in terms of waiting for an interview, so your best bet would be seeing what the DQ date is for people that are currently being interviewed on VJ. That should give you some vague idea.

Unfortunately, applicants from Pakistan may be facing a protracted wait in administrative processing due to security and background checks after the interview. Again, other members should be able to provide some insight.

Yeah but security and background check should not take more than 2 months and i'm also going to bring Police Records and that should be enough. And my case been processing fast because right after NOA2 i received welcome letter from NVC and it seems like i will get an interview like in a week or so and it also says that NVC is working on Cases that was received from USCIS in april.

That is very wishful thinking for Pakistan.

Don't bother.   The consulate will do it's own check.

Unfortunately, it will not.  You'll notice that unlike for most other countries, PCC for Pakistan is not required.  Why?  Lack of credible, organized, centralized record system.  This is a primary reason for the prolonged AP for Pakistanis....there are many, many threads for this here on VJ.
