Hahaha!!!  Now, that is funny stuff!  Bought any gas lately?  Food?  In California, rental prices have tripled.  The southern border is open to all regardless of vaccination status, while citizens and legal residents must conform to vaccination and testing mandates just to return to our country.  I could go on and on,......

The best thing I see is a gigantic red wave on the horizon.....

Typical of the stories that have appeared in major news outlets is this howler from CNN’s Julian Zelizer, who insists that there is “a huge disconnect between the economic data and the way voters are feeling.” Anyone naïve enough to believe such balderdash will be disabused of their illusions by reading Friday’s Bureau of Labor Statistics report showing that the consumer price index (CPI) has risen by 6.8 percent during the 12-month period ending in November.

 

This is the largest 12-month increase in the CPI since 1982, and it is hitting Americans where it hurts most — the cost of energy, food, and transportation. This suggests that there is indeed a “huge disconnect,” but that it is between the fiscal fantasies of the Biden administration and the financial realities faced by the voters. Unfortunately for the White House, inflation isn’t as susceptible to spin as are most issues debated inside the Beltway. Americans encounter the truth every time they pay their heating bills, fill up their gas tanks, and buy food. Friday’s report merely confirms what they see in their daily lives. The worst news involves how much more they now spend on energy than they paid last year:

To top it all off, weather experts predict that this winter will be one of the coldest on record – so much for global warming. All told, this may in fact be a “winter of peril” for families, but it won’t be due to the supposedly imminent climate crisis. It will be because American families this winter tragically find themselves struggling to choose between food and fuel thanks to soaring costs resulting from the Biden administration’s policies.

 

In many parts of America where temperatures are expected to hit below zero, the budgeting decision is a Sophie’s choice. Natural gas, which nearly half of all American families use to heat their homes, is expected to cost 30% more this winter than last. The average cost of propane and heating oil is up roughly a dollar per gallon. And to pile on these problems, in some places furnace parts are unavailable due to ongoing supply chain woes – also exacerbated by ill-advised policies from the Biden administration.

This really made me laugh.  Chris Cillizza is really just a Democrat cheerleader considering he included J.B. Pritzker and Stacey Abrams on his wish list.  If these are the top Dems, that Party has some problems.

This list made me laugh.  There is one BIG problem with all the individuals he named.....  the big "D" beside their name.  Every predictor I have seen indicates the massive RED tsunami will engulf demorats at all levels of politics.

I do love how he puts Kamala at the top of the list with the assumption that the Democrat primary base would now suddenly accept her when they had no desire for her to run in 2020.  Not really sure her job performance as VeeP would change anyone's mind, but far be it for me to try to understand the minds of folks that vote "D" regularly.  Then of course there is Mayor Pete, he was such a success at being a mayor in midsize midwestern city, and now I see his husband wants the US taxpayers to pay for his expensive education.  At least the list Cillizza puts out checks a bunch of woke boxes.
