OK, Snopes says it is "Mostly False" regarding Biden's DHS releasing thousands of immigrants into the US without Covid testing, etc.  Does Snopes really have any credibility when they do not go back and re-evaluate their analysis?

When "fact checkers" declare something "mostly false" that is their way of saying it is completely true. I read a "fact checker" article once saying the claim that democrats voted against the civil rights act is "mostly false". Their whole premise for declaring it mostly false was that according to them most of the democrats that voted against it were southern democrats.
