I watched that clip with the Russian panel on their show. That woman nailed it when she laid out all that Whelan had going against him. What a mess!!! Laughing stock doesn’t come close to what other nations must think about that ‘swap’ the Biden Administration permitted. 
 

I was just skimming Biden’s speech at a meeting with African leaders and the nation’s ‘original sin’🤢and $55bn to be spent on health, climate change and trade. Meanwhile the Rwandan President mocking him, laughing when asked about the 2014 US-Africa summit.
