Stepchild Biometrics Under 14?

Hello fellow VJers!

We received the interview letter today that my stepdaughter is scheduled for an interview on May 11 in Santo Domingo. I'm a USC. She is age 5. We are getting her to medicals done first thing Monday but does she need to also get her Biometrics at VAC? We really need to know something rather quickly so as to be prepared. 3 weeks does not give us much time but we are overjoyed. What do we need to be prepared for the interview since she is five years old?

The A# is at the bottom of the interview notice. Is this common for her to get an A# before an interview?

Thank you but before the interview? We are still needing to know if she needs her biometrics? I cannot find this information anywhere. She is five.

To be clear once again,  "A" numbers are assigned upon petition approval. 

 

As for biometrics,  typically not, but every consulate is different,  so you need a DR specific answer.

1 year since NVC DQ.
