hello guys..i received an email today that the  schedule of my N400 interview is on May 24,2021 at Portland Oregon @7:30 a.m.  I am happy  and excited. How many hours  drive from Seattle to Portland .

Make sure you count for traffic. Your interview is very early in the morning, so hopefully no traffic, but make sure you add sometime just in case. 

thank you.. I am planning to book a hotel near to USCIS office because my interview is so early. Do you have any idea if they can allow to take an oath after you pass your interview

This is what I would do! In Seattle, they mostly do same day Oath. Try to find some forum about Portland N-400, maybe someone there can help you out.

They allowed it for my wife when she became a citizen last summer. I think it's pretty standard now since the pandemic started.

Google Maps will help you better on that than us.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
