I was going to apply for citizenship back in january but so many things came up that the money had to sadly be used for other things.

now as of end of April I will have enough money to apply for the N-400.

So my questions this what info do I need to put on the N-400?

Does anyone have a table on contents I can use as a reference? …pretty much I am close to the end of the journey so I wanna make sure I do everything right so don't have to worry about RFE's or denials .

any help will be appreciated

please and thank you ! :)

Aloha!

Here is what we sent four(?) years ago based on the 3 year marriage rule. It was essentially a small version of the ROC package. Caveat: This was 4 years ago, and things/requirements may have changed, but we had no issues. Good luck in this "final" step ("final" in quotes because the passport is next!).

Step five: CITIZENSHIP!

A—Form G-1145

B—Check for (fee at the time) for the application fee and biometrics drawn from our joint bank account

C—The Completed and signed N-400 Application and addendum.

D—Front and Back of my Permanent Green Card

E—Two passport size photos with my A# written in pencil on the back

F—Evidence that my Spouse has been a U.S. Citizen for the last three years: Copy of his birth certificate

G—Evidence that my Spouse has been a U.S. Citizen for the last three years: Copy of his current passport

H—Evidence of our marriage and on-going relationship

            1) Certified copy of our marriage certificate

            2) 2013, 2014 and 2015 Tax Transcripts showing Joint Married Filing

3) Joint bank account statements spanning from August 2015 to August 2016 (samples—not every statement—Supplement to bank account statements sent as part of ROC application)

            4) Joint investment statement (Started 2/2015)

            Updated 8/30/2016

            5) Most recent mortgage/home equity line of credit statement showing joint ownership of our condominium

I—Letter to the Honolulu Field Office requesting a Wednesday Biometrics appointment if possible (it wasn’t!)

I have a question please. Marrier to USC and we have both never been married before. Filling out n400. Under Part 10. Question 8. How many times has your current spouse been married?

If we are both married for the furst time is the answer 0 or 1? In parentheses is says marriges to other people, so im assuming the answer is 0 but just want to be sure.

Thank you!!
