Hi everyone , i'm alien k1visa , i got refused in janury 2021 but i did't get the reason of denial until now , my fiancé sent some emails at uscis but there is no answer ...what i should to do now ? Thank you

Get married and file a petionn for a spousal visa

Why is your fiancee sending emails to the USCIS?  Did your petition get denied or visa application?

I had 2 interviews k1 visa at consulate but the consular officer refused my visa in the end after long time waiting , then my fiancé contacted consulate and they told her your case sent back at uscis and uscis will send you letter of reason denial , after two months my fiancé sent some emails at uscis but no answer

Most of the time it is more than 6 months.  Sometimes it is never.  

 

It's going to be because they didn't believe you were in a bonafide relationship. 

 

Are you sure you don't know the reasons?  Cultural differences,  age differences? Religious differences?  Very little time spent together?  Else?

the immigrant best knows what was said during interview and that is the only way you know "why denied"

 

our k1 was denied in 2009 and i still do not have a answer from immigration

 

A CO will deny the application when there is a big age difference

or when the 2 have not spent quality time together and therefore do not know each other well (to the eyes of the CO )

when the family does not approve as evidenced by the photos sent with petition

when the 2 have not known each other long and "jump the gun (hurry ) to apply

those are just some of the reasons but mainly the CO feels the relationship has not been proven to his/her satisfaction

 

u should always state the country  and /or embassy as it is important to know other possible reasons

My 2 interviews was great , nothing wrong happened , even in 2nd interview the consular officer couldn't tell me refused , all what she said we will call you soon , after 42 days i got call from consulate and they said your visa is refused .... Maybe i got refused because my fiancé didn't met my family, i met her in another country or maybe cuz her low incomes? Idk

Where are you from? Any age difference? Religion? How many times did you saw her? How did you met her? Does she never visit your country? Why she didn't meet your family?

Yet to come across a case where the beneficiary has not know why, sometimes it can take time to drag it out.

 

But I agree CR1 is most likely the route now and address the relationship issues.

i am sorry to hear that but what was the reason of your rejection. basically they send a letter by mail. the mail reasons for rejectins are not be a US citizen. not free to marry which means you are still in your married life or could not show a proof of your divorce. and not meeting in person within 2 years of your relationship

Those reasons were all ready vetted during the petition process.  Visa denials by the consulate would rarely because of these.

yes you are right . after writing this I realized before me there was a discussion about his denial which I was not aware of
