Having trouble finding a civil surgeon that does just vaccines for I-693

I'm not as concerned about cost; this is already an expensive endeavor. But I feel really bad for my step-daughter having to go through the bloodwork again. If there is a way to do vaccines in one location, and then have the civil surgeon fill out the form for whatever fee that takes, that would really help.

No civil surgeon is going to sign off on things that didn't oversee.  Goes back to malpractice liability.

I did not have my vaccinations carried out by the Civil Surgeon, and they signed off.

She has had a medical signed off already.

The i-693 has to be signed by a USCIS approved doctor, just so you're aware. It can't just be any doctor/clinic.

The county clinic is an approved doctor/civil surgeon under USCIS in Arizona.

yes you can get vaccines/ blood work anywhere as long as it was documented.  most people save time and money by doing with their health insurer. The only thing civil surgeon is physical check and ask bunch of questions and verify lab tests and vaccination records and sign off.

Same here. My husband needed to get a flu shot, so he got one at CVS. We found a CS who would sign off, without doing the full medical again. It cost $100 for him to do it. Quick, easy, and relatively cheap.

We had this exact same situation and we used Dr Tuan Huynh in Charlotte, but he also travels to Asheville NC. Every other doctor wanted the full medical redone which is dumb. Dr Huynh gave my (now) husband his vaccinations and simply filled out the few required pages on I-693. I don't know where you live but I hope this helps
