Please, does anybody know how long does it take to NVC to reply my question on "Public Inquiry Form" ?

May I ask you another question? 

My son's PD is June 2018. His I-130 was approved March 2020.  We just received a Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation.

I logged on to CEAC and it is ready to pay the fees for AOS.  Should we start the NVC process (AOS, police certificates, medical etc.) right now despite a visa availability (consular interview) will take another 3 years. I did not have a chance to file my IRS tax return for 2020 yet.

At the time of my son's interview, the documents that NVC collects now in 2021 will be 3 years old. 

Could you please explain how it works?

Why 3 years?  NVC doesn't create cases for visas applications that far in the future

My PD is 15/June/2018

Chart A Bulletin April 2021:  F1 08/Oct/2014 and F2B 08/Aug/2015 (in case I can opt out of F1 and return to F2B). 

Please let me know how I can find out an approximate date for my son's interview.

Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The NVC will notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time.
