Hey guys I'm new to the forum. Been dating my now fiancee for 3 years in a LDR and trying to bring her to the US to get married.

I currently have a pending court case. I had gotten two criminal charges related to DUI under controlled substances. I'm not quite sure when my court date will be as covid has backed everything up. I'm trying to gather all of the documents needed to file the petition. Currently waiting for my fiancee's letter of intent to marry to come in the mail and my PC record check. All though I'm worried I might need to wait until after my court hearing before getting the record check. USCIS might invalidate the petition if the paperwork I send in changes due to the courts sentencing.

What do you guys think?

I've read at quite a few places that it's required to be in ink and the original letter. This is what makes the k1 journey so difficult. So much conflicting information 😩 I really hope you are right and I can just print it.

You need to stop reading a quite a few places and read the instructions.   The instructions clearly say that all evidence submitted shall be legible photocopies unless an original is SPECIFICALLY requested.   You interpret this literally.   The only wet signature required is the petitioner's on the petition itself.

YMMV
