Where is your wife?  Did she have a consular interview abroad, or an AOS interview in the US?

You are probably going to need to provide more context and details before anyone can shed any light on this.

She had her interview @Mumbai consulate in 2019, she was given 221G for additional review, the COVID hit and we didn’t hear anything untill late last year she got a letter to submit additional docs which we did it in Feb, the last update on Ceac was March 11 2021, then yesterday two USCIs agents showed my house and asked me few questions. 1 agent was polite and other only asked me 2 questions toward the end but not in a Polite way, then they left, the last question she asked me was do I want to continue with this petition or not. It was strange asking and I didn’t bother asking her as to why she said that..so that’s my concern right now.

Hopefully this will shed some light better..

It is not normal to have home visits.

They obvious have issues and the comment about letting you withdraw the petition assumes you know what is. We do not.
