With Covid, we have been waiting now for 375 days since completing the NVC documents and are waiting for interview date according to the website. Iḿ wondering what date your NVC documents were complete if youve recently received a scheduled interview date in Ciudad Juarez.  This is for a spouse visa CR1.

Hello! I have not received an appointment, however on September 8th I received an email letter stating my “expedite request has been approved and my case has been sent to the consulate in Ciudad Juárez” (i never sent it an expedite request) I believe they are going thru the cases and sending the ones that have been waiting for unnecessarily long. Ours is an IR1, case complete at the end July or august 2019 I can’t remember the exact date, I’ve received paperwork saying two different dates. Either way it means I should be getting my appointment in the next couple weeks

You are correct. The consulate in Ciudad Juarez is speeding up very nicely.
My in-laws had their case completed at NVC as of August 7 2019.
On July they got their appointment email from the consulate for August 23rd.
I accompanied my wife to Juarez to help out my in-laws.
Everything went well. They had their 1st appointment on the 23rd (basically to drop off all the original requested documents), on the 24th they had their interview.
Interview lasted about 5 minutes.

If you speak Spanish, I would suggest you join this Facebook group:
Citas al Consulado Americano en Ciudad Juárez - GRUPO | Facebook

They offer TONS of information on the current situation and lots of tips.

Good luck!

No expedite requested.
You should monitor your case closely. Lots of people are getting the expedite but never the appointment email/letter.
When they call the consulate, they're being told their appointment dates.
When going online to check your case, it should say the location of your paperwork. If it say Ciudad Juarez, chases are you've been scheduled already.

I apologize, their CC was 8/7/2020, not in 2019.

Their priority date is 8/2019  - I got confused.
