NVC stage documentation

Hello, I am new to VJ and I wanted to get some help regarding the NVC stage. Currently my i30 is pending (PD 12-21-20), but I want to make sure I get DQ'ed fast as possible since the interview stage is almost 6 months out. My question is what documentation does my spouse need ready to submit into the package? I know about the sponsoring part which I have to do. Currently my spouse is abroad in India and I know she has to get her PCC done as well as get a new passport with my name on it. So I was wondering should we get that done while we wait for the petition to be approved or should we wait till we're approved then proceed with that? Any help would be appreciated! Sorry if this seems like a dumb question(s)!

If your spouse wants a new passport, it's fine to get one already.  On the other hand, the PCC is time-limited, so better to get that only after the petition has been approved.
