People who sent the form on same day, they got NOA1 by text

That is not possible.

2 days there is a miniscule chance.  All the stars have to align, the angels must sing, etc.

3-4 days, highly unlikely but still a chance.

5-10 days, about normal pre-covid.

60 days, normal since about Nov 2020.

Some people do get their NOA1 earlier and some get it later.

Yep 😞 we used e-notification form but I guess it didn’t work for us... Thanks for letting me know!

I think most ppl that requested e-notification didn't get any response. At least those I have followed in the Nov & Dec ROC groups

Hi GMvietnam,

no reason was given. I assumed it was a check to validate available funds only and there is plenty availability. I been trying to reach USCIS for 30 days now and submitted an email to the lockbox facility. I received an another automated response from do-not-reply and said that I should get a response within 30 days. That was received 31 days ago. My frustration is that there is no way to talk to a human and there are 0 updates from the lockbox.

I am flying back to see my fiancé for the 3rd time because it’s taking so long. I signed up here because I am just overloaded with grief about this process and hoping to find something hopeful.

The only solace I have found is that this delay does not impact receipt dates according to USCIS. While processing time has increased now to 8-10 months for K-1/K-2, We have already waited more than 3 of those months and the timer is still ticking just for a NOA1.

Emma indicated it’s possible they lost the big giant box 12”x12” I sent for my application.

So your application was refused because of insufficient funds? Did they ever send your application back?
