I wasn't aware of that forum  I haven't used this site very much. I just felt it would have been easier answering my question instead of asking me why am I not posting in a different thread that I was not aware of.  Seemed like I was being scolded instead of being helped. I just thought there was an email to send to request expedited. That's what I read in fb groups but the emails they gave me I never got any response.  Again I'm srry for posting.  I didn't mean no offense.
