I read all the posts on this topic.  I did not understand.  After a 60-day letter, did anyone receive another 60-day letter after 2 months?

No, everybody get only 2 emails first with 120 days and second with 60 days

Letter 60 days  20.07.2021

I don’t have letter with 120 days

I don't think I'll get an interview date in 60 days

I found this helpful on the NVC processes: https://www.mmhpc.com/faqs-on-nvc-case-processing/
Based on my understanding NVC just sends 60 days notices every 60 days, but it doesn't guarantee by itself that interview will be scheduled in 60 days.

You will be receiving this email notice every 60 calendar days until an interview is available and your appointment has been scheduled.

Which is a bummer. No real way to know anything on the timelines.
