WHATS TAKINS SO LONG AT VERMONT? MY I-130 HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED SINCE MAY 2 2007 MY DAUGHTER NOT SINCE FEB 19 2007 AND THE I-129F NOT SICE MAY25TH 2007. IM GOING CRAZY I MISS MY HUSBAND SO MUCH AND I DONT WANT TO BE IN CANADA NO MORE GRRRRRR

COME ON VERMONT WE ALL ARE WAITING FORT THE NOA-2

well i havent been on for 6 months but im back!

Not sure if this will apply to you but check here for what happened with the NOA2 for my wife and I:

Our case status still showed as "pending" on the USCIS website long after we had been approved and our petition forwarded to the consulate in Sydney - in fact my wife only received the NOA2 in the mail the same day I had my interview....go figure

01/25/2007 Married on the beach in Australia

02/26/2007 NOA1 (I-130) received

06/22/2007 Approved

05/30/2007 Approved petition forwarded from NVC to Sydney

07/03/2007 Interview - K3 Visa approved

07/15/2007 arrived in the U S of A

AOS

07/23/2007 TB skin test and I-693A

07/26/2007 AOS application mailed

07/27/2007 AOS application received (Chicago)
