We are filing to bring my husbands parents here from Morocco and aside from the Affidavit of Support, they are requesting that we upload civil documents.  The following is their list of requested documents, with my question beside it....

1.  Petitioners Marriage Certificate (Is this for his parents of my husband? We are petitioning for his parents to come, but I'm not sure who they are requesting it from.)

2.  Petitioners Birth Certificate (Once again, us or his parents)

3.  Passport Biometric Page (What the heck is that? I know them separately but not in the same sentence... lol)

4.  Photographs (You would think they could be more specific! A photo for their Visa I'm assuming??)

5.  Birth Certificate (Theirs or my husbands??)

6.  Marriage Certificate (Theirs or ours??)

7.  Police Certificate (Obvious...)

Seems like back in the day these documents were so much easier! But if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!! 🙂

Petitioner is the person who filled out the petition and in this case looks like your husband.

3 would have to be his parent's

4 of him and his parents

For 5 and 6, which section of form/page are you filling out? If I recall, there is a section for applicant and a section for the petitioner.

Will need to know the section of the page that is being filled out

"Petitioner" refers to your husband.  So, items 1 & 2 would be your husband's documents.

Requirements that don't say "Petitioner" refer to your husband's parents' documents.  So, items 3 to 7 in your list.

"Passport Biometric Page" means a scan of the page that has the passport holder's picture and personal information.

There is no form.  This is on the website and they are asking me to download these documents.  You stated 4, being a photo of both, him and his parents? I general photo for proof, or photo for visa?? I have attached below what was requested. Thanks!

not sure what website you refer to but the following is for Morocco and it includes more than you post such as registering with Aramex for delivery of an approved passport with the visa

When you start uploading the documents it will tell you whose documentation you are going to submit.

In the Civil Documents section I had to submit my marriage certificate and birth certificate and then birth certificate, passport bio page, marriage certificate, 2x2 photos, and police certificate for my mother. That's all they asked for
