NVC normal timeframe to receive petition?

My I-129F was approved on February 22nd and since then I have called NVC three times, each one week apart and they still haven't received my petition. They keep telling me it can take up to 60 days but it's now been seven weeks and I'm a little worried they lost it or never sent it. I've seen a lot of people on here getting approved after me and have already gotten their case numbers. 

Should I be worried?

Congrats on getting your NOA2!!  As you stated you’re outside the 60 days. I’d definitely start being proactive and vigilant. I wouldn’t worry yet. Isn’t there a phone number somewhere you can call??

Outside the 60 days is April 23.

Keep checking up to and after April 23 - the 60 days.  7 weeks is only 49 days.

Right. I was thinking I'd call Friday again and then next Monday and next Friday. 

If there's still no news they've received it, what do you suggest I do? Contact uscis?
