I'm a USC by birth. currently, my daughter lives in the Philippines.

I have searched CRBA here - is that the route to go?

I'm confused on the DS2029 form it tells me to make an appointment at the US consulate office - does this mean in manila, Philippines where I am currently not in?

I'm guessing the DS5507 is necessary for me to fill out?

I just need to know where to mail the form and make the payment?

If anyone has any first hand knowledge of CRBA, please help me out.

thanks

Please check this out this website https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/crba.html. I used it as well as the directions from others on the VJ site to get my son's CRBA. Both were very helpful.

Good luck in your quest.
