You're going through Administrative Processing. It happens to every case after the interview, and often goes as you described (changing status from this to that to whatever). It means they're working on it.

If they tell you to do something, consider doing it. If not, you can only wait for their update.

Dont worry.  They are jest checking and completing the process.  You will be fine.
