What Exactly she answered wrong? She told that she was married before? Or you?

She said she had an ex boyfriend 6 month prior before we met. she was single for 6 month then the interview guy started asking questions about how we met.

Ok. Are you sure that she didn't use the word Husband or something like that about the ex?

I really don't know if the things on this paper is just generic request but sounds like they didn't believe that is a bonafide relationship.

How long are you together? How many times did you visit her? Age gap? Different religion? Any other red flag?

She said she said ex only ( her English not like ours) but probably they saw a sign that it might be something bad like ex husband. Do you know how I can type or write a statement saying that we do not have an ex spouse ?

I would send all the information they are asking and the one that not apply to you just write a short statement about it.

Maybe someone with more experience about Vietnam K1 cases can help you more.

Is normal be nervous.

I hope you can finish this process soon and be with her as soon as possible!!

Good luck

I am stuck on the beneficiary family member. Her cousin was the one hat introduce me to her but she and her cousin got into an argument and stopped talking. Now I don’t have anyway to reconnect with her. Do anyone know a conclusion?

It isn’t usually possible to refute or appeal the results of a K visa decision.

It is unfortunate about the interview.   Why did she not request to have it conducted in her own language?

You may be better off to just get married and petition her for a spouse visa.

@aaron2020 may have some consulate-specific input.

True,  particularly once the petition leaves the post.  A very few peple have managed to get  a decision reversed before petition was returned stateside.

YMMV

This is so sad. I will just answer which questions I can the best. And for the cousin part, I will write a long statement of how we stop talking in over a year. I wonder would this work.

HCMC is a well known difficult consulate.   Good luck.

YMMV
