Wife received an email from the embassy

So my wife received this email after like six weeks of waiting.. they said they haven’t received or waiting for their system to show it (her medical results). So today she calls the st Luke’s clinic in the Philippines and they say they don’t have a hard copy of her medical results that when they get the results they just send it to the embassy. And the only thing they told  my wife was the date and time they sent the documents. Has anyone been in this situation. If so any help would be appreciated thanks 🙏

Yep it looks like the embassy is waiting on medical results before they make a decision on your wife's case. This is nothing new and unfortunately you just have to wait for SLEC to do their job.

I hate to say this but,  you might find it more expeditious to have her do the medical again

I was thinking about that ...my wife says she’s going to go to slec and see what they can do and I just told her if they can’t give her anything just to make an appointment and do the medical exam again but this time to give hard copy of the results even tho I think it’s such bs but what can you do 😩😅
