MARCH FILERS WITHOUT WELCOME LETTER

I mailed my wife's AOS package on March 28th which was subsequently transferred to

the CSC....been touched a few times but no welcome letter yet. Who else is in the same boat?

there are a few threads going now...one is for everyone who was tranferred to CA...there are others for people who filed in March/April/June.

our case was tranferred on 5/16, we rec'd a 'pending" e-mail but nothing since 6/3/07

at least you have had a few touches!

i mailed my package on 29 th of March, and 2 weeks ago i received my EAD card, but still nothing for the AOS..... all we can do is keep waiting

Our Last touch was on 6/14. Hopefully my wife will get her card soon....she has been getting many job offers but cannot accept.

I know of at least one person on VJ who filed in Jan and has EAD but is alos just sitting at CSC. I've seen others get their cards in a few months who transferred. I now think transferring is the devil and am happy we got an interview. I hope you here something soon.

I officially filed in February but my NOA1 came in March. Anyways for me there have been no RFE’s, no touches, no transfers, no nothing since the day after my bio appointment back in March… sigh

i have sent my application back in march 3rd...Got my NOA in March 14th. haD biometrics on April 5th. Few touches here and there. Not touched since May 30th. Transferred back in first part of May.
