No but I emailed our lawyer just now for recommendations and will PM you if I get a response.  Also post interview, if you get a quick decision and oath while in the USA, see

Do you know if there are any limitations for how long I can be in the US for 319b cases?

We kind of got stuck here for 3 months because of covid, and now we have to wait one more month for my interview. We were sopposued to go back home yesterday but we'll  have to wait until May for my interview.

I only know what https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-g-chapter-4 says.

Thank you.
Can you please share with me what questions they asked and what they want to know in the interview about the company and in general so I can prepare everything needed for the meeting?

Thank you so much

They didn't asked much. I believed that during adjudication process, my application was already pre - approved based on the evidences submitted. During the interview I noticed the green paper when IO open my file which happened to be the Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony, same day later that afternoon.

Questions asked are below

- Husband's name and birth date

- Company name

- Length of Assignment

- Country of Assignment

Then we proceed with Civic and Language test (Reading and writing). It was a very quick interview.

Hope this helps.

Thank you, it helps a lot. Can you please tell me what evidence you submitted in your application?

I submitted the following

- Assignment Confirmation Letter

-  Employment Confirmation Letter (similar to LOA as LOA are sometimes confidential)

- Tax Return Transcript last 3 years, (we are filing jointly)

- Pay Stubs 3 months

- Joint accounts statements both country (USA & Overseas)

- House Rental Agreement Overseas

- Residence Card Copy Overseas (to prove that we are already overseas)

- Bills showing overseas relocation (mostly utilities that under both our names)

- I don't have my actual green card at the time of application and actual interview so all I showed them in my US entry stamp

Form 10K was listed on the list they gave me to bring in the interview but IO didn't asked for it. They wanted the form 10K to see if the company is in USA trade market ( I guess this is one way to prove that the benefits of even working overseas still goes to the USA especially with the tax return transcript as our taxes showed that we are being taxed just like we are working in the USA and pay stub to prove that payments still goes to USA)

I couldn't think of anything else, you may provide the company business license too
