6/18/2021 i-693 deficiency notice delivered (Sent on 6/11/2021)

7/23/2021 Biometrics scheduled (Notice sent on 7/19, appointment is on 8/13)

8/13/2021 Biometrics appointment

8/16/2021 Status changed to 'interview ready to be scheduled'

9/3/2021 AP Expedite requested through Emma

9/6/2021 System updated to Expedite request received

10/6/2021 Expedite denied

11/9/2021 EAD received 

2/8/2022 RFE sent

2/19/2022 Responded to RFE (they asked for my medical)

2/22/2022 RFE was delivered. Status never changed

3/3/2022 Card is being produced

That's when they received it. Sent the I-765 in April.

I updated my Timeline. Still don't know what is the next NOA I would receive besides the confirmation of my address changed. My case is ready to have the interview scheduled.

Our Journey:

Feb 18th, 2021: Package sent, including: I-130 + I-130A, I-485 + I944 + I-693 + I-864, I-765) and I-131 through USPS

Feb 24th, 2021: USCIS received the package

Apr 5th, 2021: Package rejected, received back (Payment issue)

Apr 6th, 2021: Resent Package through USPS

Apr 7th, 2021: USCIS received the package @ Chicago Lockbox

May 21st, 2021: Checks cashed

May 23rd, 2021: Received the Text Messages with receipt number 

July 2nd, 2021: I-693 Deficiency Notice Received

July 8th, 2021: Expedite Request Received

July 16th, 2021: Received Fingerprint Appointment Letter

August 6th, 2021: Fingerprints Taken

August 9th, 2021: Changed of Address request AR-11online (Beneficiary) and filed I-865 Address Change of my husband (Sponsor)

August 13th, 2021: Confirmation mail: Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

November 17th, 2021: EAD Delivered

March 15th, 2022: Interview Scheduled

April 21th, 2022: Interview / New Card Being Produced

April 22th, 2022: Case Was Approved

I've been trying my best to remain patient, but I'm definitely concerned now.

 

Our AOS case file was received April 19, 2021.

We received NOA on May 20, 2021.

 

Over 4 months without a biometrics appointment. And it's just been radio silence since. Do you all think this is out of the ordinary? If so, what can I do to get some feedback?

I don't think it's uncommon. It's been the same for me, they received my application April 26th and I haven't received a bio appointment yet. It all depends on your field office.

2023-07-21: Credit card authorized by Phoenix Lockbox

2023-07-24: Text and email notifications received with IOE receipt number

2023-07-27: I-797 48-month extension letter received (postmarked 2023-07-25)

I-130/I-485 (marriage-based AOS from non-immigrant status)

2021-04-08: I-130/I-485 package delivered to Chicago Lockbox

2021-10-06: Interview in Los Angeles

2021-10-15: Card received!

An agent via Emma will tell you the date and time of your appointment.

Thanks for the suggestion - I just tried, but the agent said they couldn't see that information. I'll just wait. Need to book an I-693 medical exam in the meantime.

Congrats! you should try again, maybe tomorrow, agents thru emma aren't always helpful.

Hopefully you get your interview notice soon! My ASC for fingerprints was San Fernando, but I believe my actual field office is downtown Los Angeles. At least that's what I get when I put in my zip code at https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/field-offices.
