Pictures enclosed in my K-1 visa package

I have a question and hope someone can help me.

Do you think I'll have any problems because I did not label all of the pictures I sent with the I-129F application? I did date and gave a brief explanation on some of them, but not all. In total I sent 13 pictures but only labeled like 6. It so happens my finace and I go way back since I was 14 years old and he was 15. So some pictures are old and I did not remember dates. I just vaguely labeled them.

The reason i'm asking is because I read on this forum that you should label the pictures with your name and your fiance's names, date, and a brief explanation. My package was in the mail by the time I read this.

Anyone have any feedback on this?

Thank you,

KitKat

They are primarily concerned with you having met in person within the last two years... anything outside of that (ie... older) will most likely not be used to adjudicate the petition.

YMMV

I'm sure you don't need to worry. I only sent one picture and it went through ok. Do you have at least one photograph from within the last two years, labeled?

Some of the things listed on the guides on VJ aren't requirements, just suggestions for presenting your case in such a way that it is easy for the adjudicator to understand.

For the petition, only the passport style pictures need to be labeled with a name. Other pictures are superfluous. They do not serve as PRIMARY EVIDENCE of meeting in the past two years. If you provided primary evidence of meeting, like passport stamps and boarding passes, the "relationship" pictures are not needed with the petition. Bring those to the interview.
