VFS Office (for Chennai consulate), 15-10 days

For K-1 visa, The instructions say that we should submit the documents to a VFS office 15-10 days before the interview date. Does this mean 15 to 10 working days or 15-10 regular calendar days ? Can someone clarify this please.

What if we miss the 15-10 day deadline, the VFS folks will refuse to take the documents absolutely ?

IT MEANS 10-15 WORKING DAYS

AS I HAVE TOLD IN MY SEVERAL POSTS BEFORE TOO THAT SATURDAYS N SUNDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED WORKING DAYS FOR US EMBASSYS IN INDIA

SO U CAN NOW CALCULATE YOUR DATE FOR VFS SUBMISSION ACCORDING TO THAT.
