i noticed their processing time changed on uscis website form 30 months to 20 months and they finally updated the receipt date inquiry to July 2019!!!  Everyone check it out!!

After 464 Days our status changed to “Actively Reviewing” this morning. I cried. I know this means nothing unless they approve it, but it’s a huge step for us after waiting so long! I will keep everyone posted here. I filed June 2020.

Thank you!!! Later I went and checked his account under Documents and there sat his Approval letter!! Actively Reviewing and Approval on the same Day!!!

I just tried to submit case inquiry and it is still says normal processing time. I hope this is because it is just updated and tomorrow will work type of thing. Because I have been waiting since Sep 2020. Will try tomorrow again and if not I will connect with live chat.

Wow that is a huge huge change!  But I'm not surprised.  When we found out we were at Vermont in March, we were so disappointed because the processing time was up to almost three years!  Then people who filed when we did started getting approved.  (I mean people in this thread!)  And then we were approved!  It was around 6 months processing time.  (You can check my timeline.)  So when people say don't pay attention to those super long processing time predictions, it's true!  Thanks for sharing about this!  I hadn't seen the updated time.  Hope you are approved very soon!  Things are happening! 😁
